⭐ Role Overview

The On Site Coordinator is the perfect role for someone who loves to travel. You'll be on the ground with our clients (teams or companies of 15 to 1000 people) making sure their retreat goes smoothly. You'll coordinate with our retreat designer in advance of each trip to make sure things are ready to go. Once at the destination, you'll prep the hotel to make sure it's client ready, help employees get from the airport to the hotel, coordinate all logistics to and from activities, and generally be available to help with anything that comes up while on the trip.
